I was in a restroom the other day, doing anything but resting.
To be honest, and I hope this isn’t a little TMI, but I was having a hard time saying goodbye to # 2.
Remember that old commercial for Avis Rent a Car company? They proclaimed that since they were #2, they tried harder.
Well, I was trying too hard.
I was using force, and when I became aware of what I was doing, I stopped the anal retentive deep squeeze, and instead took a few large sips of water.
What needed to flush came out effortlessly.
I wonder how many times I try to force things to happen that would gladly move into their right place if I would drop the struggle and drink some water.
Sometimes the water (a solution) is found in taking some breaths, taking a walk, doing some tapping, napping, or meditating.
