How are you? Been through the ringer lately? Gee, I wonder what triggered you?
If you are in need of emotional support, distraction and upliftment, it’s all here.
There are four things in this email that can make a significant difference in empowering you to feel better.
And to take your power back.
You will always be the president-elect of the world you choose to dwell in. You are always one thought away from impeaching fear and restoring your throne as the governor of your vibration.
Tool # 1 – Feel Your Feelings
Many of us are going through the five levels of grief right now as outlined by Elizabeth Kubler Ross in her groundbreaking book On Death and Dying, which came out in 1969.
Allow me to list them:
Denial, shock, anger, terror, bargaining, rage, second helpings of denial, gut-wrenching sadness, anxiety, depression, powerlessness, worry, hope, despair, fear, more anger, more denial, back to shock, a little acceptance, some peace while meditating, back to denial, hope, a few more hours of overwhelming sadness, a return of despair, a taste of spiritual detachment, a gradual deepening of true acceptance, determination to hold your vibration, and, finally, peace.
Till the next layer of the emotional onion emerges. They are listed in no particular order, as when do the words, ‘feelings’ and ‘order’ belong in the same sentence?
I know, that’s way more than her original five, but, hey, a lot has happened since 1969!
We went through all the stages and then some last week at Namaste Village,
I held a grief circle, a sacred space for listening, validating, and embracing each other.
That’s how we roll when our hearts are open.
Would you like a taste?
At our grief circle, I recorded the tapping we did after people laid bear their pain.
May tapping along to this video give you empathy and drench you in soothing compassion:

Tool # 2 Go Directly to the Antidote
You always have the choice to light a candle or curse the ‘Donster’. But sometimes we can get our candles lit more easily and brightly by watching (and listening) to others who are burning brightly.
Especially children.
Here’s a treat for your ears and your heart: The One Voice Children’s Choir Singing a Stunning Rendition of Stevie Wonder’s Don’t You Worry About a Thing. Focus your attention on this, and it will blast any remaining doom and gloom out of your emotional experience.
Tool # 3 – Two Minutes of Preciousness – A Doggie Distraction
The world is always full of wonders. And you always have a choice to focus on them. Case in point. We have a singing dog at Namaste Village. Watch as little canine Johnny solos and steals the show while Little Tree and I sing All of Me.
Tool # 4 – A Book I Thought Would Never Be Relevant Again Has Revived
In 2017 I penned a little book called How to Evolve During the Trump Experience Whether Humanity Joins You or Not. Trump was triggering the hell out of people, and I was happy to contribute wisdom, poetry, and humor to help anyone who longed to heal their fear.
Well, this profound little handbook is back on the scene to carry you through these times.
You can get it on Kindle or paperback here.
Let’s end with the little poem from that book:
Donald Trump’s not a problem to be solved.
He’s an in-your-face wake-up call, a calling to evolve.
As this book assists you to do some inner work,
Trump may still be acting like an insensitive jerk;
But he won’t continue to jerk your chain
‘Cause you’ll have discovered how to remain
In your peaceful, powerful, and playful center
